The Regine SIXT Children’s Aid Foundation DRYING LITTLE TEARS develops and implements projects in the areas of education, health, welfare and emergency aid.
The foundation is supported by SIXT employees in 110 countries on an honorary basis and works nationally and internationally to fight poverty and promote education. To this end, the foundation supports facilities for the all-day care of children as well as educational and vocational preparation facilities. The commitment to improving medical care for children is intended to increase their chances in life and enable them to develop healthily into adulthood.

The foundation was founded in 2000 by Regine SIXT as Regine SIXT Children’s Aid e.V. in Pullach, Germany. In 2011 it was converted into a non-profit foundation under civil law. Today, the foundation is the official Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of SIXT SE and an integral part of the SIXT corporate culture.
